We decided to reorganise our vineyard to make our vines organic. New plantation on 4 ha of our estate in Beaujolais-Villages located on the commune of Lantignié and Beaujeu.
Grape variety: Red Gamay.
Strengthen the plants, we have spread basalt: a mineral from volcanic rock, very rich in silica and magnesium.
